Job Description:
The incumbent is expected to provide consultancy
to customers in their respective functional areas. They will help the Customer
to map the process of the Organization in AX after understanding their existing
process by taking care of the required improvement. The incumbent will also
have to provide user training and work simultaneously with our customers in
achieving mutual business goals.
Interacting with Customers/Prospects (Pre-Sales),
Understanding their requirements, Implementation of AX /Add-on products to map
the requirements, Training of Key users, Documentation, Completion of
projects/assignment within stipulated budgeted costs/efforts.
